Cancellation Policy

🔐 Payments: - Full payment is due at the time of service. Accepted forms of payment include cash, credit/debit card, and approved digital methods. - Chargebacks or returned transactions are subject to a $35 admin fee and may lead to denial of future service. 📆 Cancellations & Rescheduling: - To cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance. - No-shows or last-minute cancellations (under 24 hours) will result in loss of deposit and may require a rebooking fee. ⏰ Late Arrival Policy: A 10-minute grace period is allowed. Arrivals beyond this window may result in shortened services or appointment cancellation. - If you’re more than 10 minutes late without notice, your appointment may be marked as a no-show. 📸 Photo & Privacy Policy: Photos may be taken before or after your service for documentation, training, or marketing purposes. You may opt out by notifying us prior to service. 👤 What to Bring: Please bring the following items to your appointment: - A valid, government-issued photo ID (e.g., driver’s license, passport, state ID) - Any required authorization forms or paperwork related to your service - Payment method for any remaining balance - Glasses or reading aid, if needed for form review/signature - Failure to bring proper identification may result in your appointment being delayed or rescheduled. 👥 Guest Policy: Only the person being serviced is allowed in the appointment area. Please do not bring children or additional guests unless previously approved. 🧼 Health & Hygiene Policy If you are sick, showing symptoms, or recently exposed to illness, please reschedule. We reserve the right to refuse service due to hygiene or safety concerns.
